Amy is our lead youth and young adult counsellor in Ontario. She provides one-on-one virtual counselling psychotherapy support for teens and young women aged 12-24.

Amy has over 20 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families experiencing mental health challenges. She knows we all have unique strengths - she can help you identify them and learn to let them shine!
Amy also has a special interest in working with emerging adults who are facing the challenges involved in working toward adulthood. When the transitions feel overwhelming, let Amy support you as you find your way through. She can support you as you build important life skills, identifying community resources, and build the resilience you need to cope through adversity.

Laura is an IFS Level 1 Trained psychotherapist - she has completed over 200 hours of live and asynchronous online IFS training and is currently working toward IFS Certification. She is also trained to deliver EMDR Therapy in person and online.
